A day off experiment

Okay, remember that big bag I made...I wasn't loving it so I took out my sewing machine...here is the scene of the crime.


I cut up the bag into pieces which I then sewed together.







Turning it inside out looks goofy...would require ironing practically.


















This however has potential...I'm off to the Rag Shop to get some handles and some DMC floss or something to do a whip stitch around the edges...accentuate it while hiding the sewing machine effort.

Not great but a start... I used the bottom on the sides so they are plain...for some reason that picture didn't want to upload. Will send you finalized photo after I work on it some more.
