Felting Observations

I felted another bag yesterday (no photo as it is still drying and I'm waiting for you to post a photo!) and had a realization about felting times, etc. I usually use Brown Sheep Lambs Pride or something similar with 85% wool/15% mohair. These last 2 bags I've made of Cascade 220 which is 100% wool. The Cascade bags felt faster and tighter than the wool/mohair blend bags. It took less than one cycle on the washer and they shrank super-fast. Just an observation for future use...don't walk away from the washer on 100% wool ones...you can do 10 other things with the wool/mohair blend ones (at least 30 minutes).
