Anna's Baby Present

Based on your comment about Knitting Central being written up in Vogue Knitting, I took a field trip today and went there. It is a lovely, small store with some amazing yarns. I walked around and stroked yarns right and left.

Then I felt Blue Sky Cotton and had an idea to make up the Baby Bolero in One Skein for Anna's soon to be born munchkin.









I tried scanning the skein for truer color but it isn't working.

















Actually, the bag photographs truer to the yarn color than the yarn. It is a soft green that isn't that awful baby green you see everywhere. I can't believe how soft this yarn is...

Now I have to go onto Knitting Help and learn how to do my first provisional caston! Yikes!
