You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch

Presenting my second pair of gift card mittens!

My friend Jackie was here while I was knitting these (little did she realize she's getting the other pair listed below) and tried them on and said "Mr. Grinch". They are Grinch Green but have lovely variegated sections.

I've always loved buttons and this one came from a lovely Tahari dress I had years ago when I worked. It's fun picking the right button and I'm glad to share this one with the future mitten owner.

Now what to knit? Perhaps another pair for my daughter's teachers...she's been my color advisor lately. I lay out the skeins and tell her who the project is for and she can easily spend 15 minutes thinking about the person and what color would be best. I'll keep you posted.
